Watch this before your call.

In this video Rens explains how HostPro works. That way the call doesn’t start from zero but goes straight to your situation.

How HostPro works
Get ready

Three things before we talk

People who do this have a far more useful call. It takes about ten minutes.

01

Pick the city you’d actually start in

Not a dream market, but a city you can reach and where you know a few neighbourhoods. On the call we look at its real occupancy and nightly rates, live.

02

Know your two numbers

How many hours a week you can really put into this, and how much budget you have for setup, tools and insurance. Round numbers are fine.

03

Make sure you can talk undisturbed

Thirty minutes without interruptions, on camera, somewhere quiet. Not in the car and not squeezed between two meetings.

Something came up?

Reschedule rather than miss it. The reschedule link is in your confirmation email, it’s one click. We’ll also send you a reminder on WhatsApp.

Guest reviews

An owner keeps you when the guests are happy

Rating is not a vanity number in this business. It keeps the calendar full, lets you raise the nightly rate, and makes the owner introduce you to the next one.

Your call

How we use the 30 minutes

No presentation, no slides. Just a conversation about your situation.

You leave with

  • A written 90-day sequence for your specific market
  • Real occupancy and rate data for your city, looked at live
  • A straight answer on whether the model works where you are
  • Yours to keep, whether or not you join

Every one of the 30 minutes

  • 00–05

Where you are now. Capital, hours per week, your market, and whether you’ve spoken to an owner yet.

  • 05–15

What’s blocking you. Usually outreach, credibility or pricing. The fix for each is completely different.

  • 15–25

Your 90-day sequence. Unit type, target owners, opening offer, and the order to do it in. Yours to keep.

  • 25–30

Fit, honestly. If HostPro Academy suits you, you get the format and the price. If it doesn’t, we’ll tell you that instead.
