What does the masterclass cost?
Nothing. It’s a free live session of about 90 minutes, on Wednesday 14 October at 8 PM CEST.
Do I need to own or buy property?
No. You manage properties for owners and earn a percentage of what they bring in. You don’t need property, a mortgage or a deposit. You do need some budget to set up your business, tools and insurance.
Is this rental arbitrage?
No. With rental arbitrage you sign a lease yourself, pay rent every month and carry the loss when the calendar is empty. Here you sign a management agreement: the owner keeps the property and the risk, you do the management and earn a percentage of the revenue.
I have a full-time job. Does that work?
Yes, that’s the most common starting point. Count on 8 to 10 hours a week to get started. You don’t do the cleaning yourself: from the first property on, you work with a cleaning partner for that.
Is there a replay?
